WIDERRUFSRECHT / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at info@mmfishing.de of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

• Personalized or custom-engraved products — items made to your individual specifications (e.g. knives with custom engraving, personalized gift boxes) are excluded under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)
• Mystery Boxes — due to the nature of mystery box contents being revealed upon opening, these are final sale and cannot be returned once opened

Return process If your withdrawal is valid, contact us at info@mmfishing.de with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
